Product Information

We try our best to display product images, colors, descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric texture, embroidery, handwork, or production differences.

Minor variation in color, fabric, embroidery, beads, sequins, or handwork will not be considered a defect.

Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Final payable amount may include product price, GST, shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, or other applicable fees.

GST & Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian laws. The final GST amount will be shown at checkout or on the invoice.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges may apply as per the destination country’s rules. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, address issue, suspected fraud, or any operational issue.

Rabab Libas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Payment

We accept payment through available payment methods listed on the website. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–72 hours, excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on location.

Rabab Libas is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for eligible products, subject to inspection and approval.

Cash refunds are not provided. Eligible returns may be processed through store credit, exchange, or replacement.

Stitched & Customized Products

Stitched, customized, altered, or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once processing has started.

Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs belongs to Rabab Libas and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rabab Libas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or product purchase.
