At Rabab Libas, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation before the order is processed, packed, stitched, customized, or dispatched.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your request is approved before dispatch, the order may be cancelled.

The eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit depending on the payment source.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. After dispatch, the order may only qualify under the Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.

Stitched / Customized Orders

Orders for stitched, customized, altered, or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Sale / Clearance Products

Clearance sale items, discounted items, and final sale products may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Cancellation by Rabab Libas

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out of stock item
  • Pricing error
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address
  • Courier service unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Technical issues
  • Any unavoidable operational reason

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund may be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Refund timing depends on banks and payment gateways.

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
