At Rabab Libas, we are committed to delivering your women’s wear orders safely, accurately, and on time. We try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once the order is confirmed.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours after order confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Some products may require additional processing time depending on availability, stitching, customization, quality checks, or designer/manufacturer timelines.

Shipping Within India

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Speed Post, or other reliable logistics providers.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout.

International Shipping

Rabab Libas ships women’s wear products internationally to selected countries, subject to courier availability and local import regulations.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, product quantity, and courier service.

Estimated international delivery timelines may vary depending on the country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Delivery Timings

Domestic deliveries are generally attempted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your order account, wherever applicable.

Important Shipping Information

Order cut-off times are provided only as general guidelines and may be affected by payment confirmation, product availability, quality checks, stitching, or courier pickup schedules.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, locked premises, or failed contact attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship any items that are restricted, banned, illegal, or prohibited by courier companies, customs authorities, or applicable laws.

This includes but is not limited to restricted goods, illegal substances, weapons, currency, precious metals, or any other prohibited items. Rabab Libas only ships eligible women’s wear and related fashion products.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

For orders within India, applicable GST or taxes may be charged as per Indian laws.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or local government fees may be applicable as per the destination country’s rules.

Any such customs duties or import charges must be paid by the customer. Rabab Libas is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.

Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

We take care to ensure that your order is packed securely before dispatch. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

If the order is received by someone else at the delivery address, it will be treated as successful delivery.

Delays in Delivery

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, high order volume, weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to assist you.
