At Rabab Libas, we want every customer to feel satisfied and confident while shopping with us. Each product is checked before dispatch, but we understand that returns or exchanges may be needed in certain situations.

Return Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Damaged Product, Manufacturing Defect, or Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, reason, and clear photos/videos of the product.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or issue store credit/gift card, depending on product availability and the case.

Product Not Liked / Product Different From Image

If you do not like the product or feel it is different from the image shown on the website, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

This is applicable only on eligible non-clearance sale items.

Please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48–72 hours with the return instructions.

Return Pickup & Courier Charges

If reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we will try to arrange the pickup.

If pickup is not available, you may need to send the product back to us. In such cases, we may reimburse courier charges up to INR 100, subject to approval and proof of courier receipt.

Store Credit / Gift Card

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue store credit or a gift card for the eligible product value.

Store credit can be used to purchase any other product from our website and is valid for lifetime unless stated otherwise.

Cash Refund

Cash refunds are not provided. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit, gift card, exchange, or replacement.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items sold under clearance sale, discounted sale, reduced selling price, special offers, or final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Only full-price, non-clearance items may be eligible for return or exchange as per this policy.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories intact.

Products that are used, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Stitched / Customized Products

Stitched, customized, altered, or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.

For stitching-related issues, please contact us with the required alteration details. If alteration is possible, we may provide alteration support. The customer will need to send the product to us at their own shipping cost, and we may bear one-side shipping after alteration.

International Customers & Stitching Issues

We try our best to provide accurate stitching based on the selected size or measurements shared by the customer. However, standard sizing may not fit everyone perfectly, and minor alterations may be required.

International customers are advised to share detailed measurements in the order comments section. We also recommend consulting a local tailor for the best fit.

Stitched products cannot be returned, and money will not be refunded for stitched or customized items.

Beads, Sequins & Handwork

Products with beads, sequins, embroidery, or handwork may experience minor shedding during handling, shipping, or stitching. This is common with such garments and is not always considered a defect.

Before requesting a return, we recommend checking with your tailor, as minor bead or sequin adjustments can usually be managed during stitching.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and any other service charges are non-refundable.

Only the eligible product value will be considered for store credit, gift card, exchange, or replacement.
